How to know if a product can be customised?
A product is customisable if
the following pictogram is present in its product information sheet:

1 / Quote request
Contact us and pass on your project specification will the following
• The product to be customised (model, size, material)
• The required quantity (minimum quantities vary from product to product)
• Your timeframe
• The imagery you would like printed (supply a digital copy of your logo under
electronic vector illustrator format .ai or .eps)
• The number of colours you would like printed (the maximum number of colours
varies from product to product)
2 / Quote estimate
After considering your project, we will send you a full estimate with all the information
relevant to its production (timeframe for the finalisation of the print-ready model, for production, etc.), delivery
(timeframe, special costs, etc.), and invoicing (a deposit is mandatory before signing on the print-ready model).
3/ Confirmation of the print-ready model
The print-ready model will be finalised only after confirmation and receipt of an official order. The print-ready model involves the signed approval of a printed digital proof-model before final customisation of the item in question. It will allow you to control the correctness of your imagery, as well as its placement, size, colours, etc.
The print-ready model has legal value in case of any dispute. Therefore, you must be extremely vigilant when checking over and confirming this document. The order is only confirmed after reception of this document signed by the client.
4/ Printing and delivery The production timeframe starts from the reception of the signed print-ready model. It can take from to 12
weeks depending on the product and will be specified in the quote.
