How to know if a product is customizable ?

Your personalized packaging in 4 steps

1 - Quotation Request

Contact us, and send us a specification of your project with the following information:

  • The product to customize (model, dimensions, material)
  • The desired quantity (the minimum quantities vary according to the products)
  • Your delay
  • The visual to print (provide a digital file of your logo in vector format illustrator .ai or .eps)
  • Number of colors to print (maximum number of colors varies by product)

2 - Quote Proposal

After study of your project, we send you a complete quote with the information relating to the manufacture (deadline for the realization of the proof of printing, delay for the manufacture ...), the delivery (delays, special cost ...) and the invoicing (a deposit is required before the signature of the print proof).

3 - Validation of Print Proof

Attention, the print proof is realized only after sending the firm order.
The proof of printing is the agreement by signature of a digital proof printed on paper, before final personalization on the product. It allows you to check the accuracy of your visual, its location, size, colors, etc.

The validated print proof is the responsibility of the customer in case of dispute. That's why you have to be very careful about checking this document. The order is validated only upon receipt of this document signed by the customer.

4 - Print and Delivery

The lead time starts from the return of the signed print proof.
It varies between 4 and 12 weeks depending on the products and will be specified during the quote.
