Secure Payment

Online payment by card :

Payment is due on the day of the effective order and will be made by any cb card. The mercanet system allows you to pay via a bnp paribas (our bank) banking server in a secure environment.

As your card number is redirected towards the banks servers, your payment will therefore be made directly to the bank in a secure environment and will not go through our boutique's server. This guarantees that only our partner, bnp paribas, will have access to your banking information.

Any order confirmed by the client will only be considered effective when the relevant banking and payment centres have given their authorisation. in case of a refusal on the part of the aforementioned centres, the order will be automatically cancelled and the client notified by email.

Firplast reserves the right to refuse an order emanating from a client with whom any sort of dispute may exist.

Payment by cheque :

To settle your payment by cheque, you must send us a cheque made out to firplast along with the order confirmation that you will have received by email.
your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your cheque. if payment is not forthcoming within 8 days, your order will be cancelled.
